Jason Perry is an Associate Principal in the Nashville (Brentwood), Tennessee office. His responsibilities include client relations, design, coordination of projects, and overseeing a team of engineers, modelers and detailers. He has experience with projects from single-story to high-rise buildings in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood, including new sites, additions, and renovations. He has designed and detailed many projects for high wind and high seismic loading. His projects have been in the categories of healthcare, hospitality, office, housing, hospitality, education, sports training, and government. He has been with Stanley D. Lindsey & Associates, Ltd. since 2004, and prior to that worked summers in the bridge industry for the West Virginia DOT and a consulting engineering firm.
Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). He is trained in ATC 20 Post-Earthquake Safety Evaluations of Buildings and is registered as a Structural Engineer and/or Professional Engineer in California, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and West Virginia.
Jason is a member of NCSEA, TNSEA, ACI, AISC, and ASCE. He serves as Past President of the Middle Tennessee Structural Engineers Association and is the Treasurer for the Tennessee Structural Engineers Association.
